RÉSUMÉ
Tout d’abord, deux acrobates exécutent leurs exercices habituels sur la corde raide. Deux clowns leur succèdent. Ils installent avec difficulté un piano en équilibre sur la corde. Mais au moment où l’un des acrobates tente d’en jouer, le piano se change soudain en cuisinière à charbon et eux-mêmes en cuisiniers.
D'après Susan Dalton : Two acrobats are performing their customary exercises upon a tight rope. Two clowns succeed with difficulty in handing them a piano which they put in equilibrium on the rope. But as one of the acrobats tries to play it, the piano suddenly turns into a kitchen-range and themselves into cooks.
